* Introduction
bigBuea which stands for Business Innovation and Growth in Buea is a project that seeks to create the next generation of African Information and Communication Technology(ICT) experts from around the University of Buea (www.ubstudents.com) students community concentrated in Molyko, Buea-Cameroon. Ever since 2006 Mambe Churchill and his AfroVisioN Group have been training and employing students around the University community for part time and full time job positions and this involved training some of them for free. This has worked alot in the growth of AfroVisioN Group and also some of the best African applications have been developed by the team of young talents who other wise could not have had the knowledge to do so. AfroVisioN Group has been doing that in a small scale but we now seek to do it in a bigger scale so that we can get to train more than 20 students at a time giving them practical knowledge in the fields of Computer science, Software development, Graphics Design and Multimedia and lots more. bigBuea is a non profit project that seeks to be an IT enhancement facility for students in and around the Buea University community in Cameroon, with a plan to expand across other university areas in Africa.
